These Terms of Service govern your use of in2hours.info, the general catalog for In2hours museum-guide apps. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Individual apps, app stores, and dedicated guide websites may have additional terms.

Independent guides

In2hours guides are independently created visitor guides. Unless explicitly stated, they are not official museum apps and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or sponsored by any museum, collection, artist, estate, rights holder, or public authority. Museum names are used to identify the destinations covered by each guide.

Permitted use

You may access and use this website for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts the service, or misrepresent your relationship with In2hours.

Content and intellectual property

The In2hours name, website design, original copy, guide selection, and other original elements are owned by or licensed to In2hours and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Museum, artwork, platform, and third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.

External services

The website links to dedicated guide websites, Google Play, the Apple App Store, and other external services. Availability, purchases, downloads, and use of those services are governed by their respective terms and policies. In2hours is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the catalog accurate and available, but museum access, opening arrangements, artwork locations, app availability, and external links can change. The website is provided on an “as available” basis. It is not a substitute for current information from the museum or venue.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, In2hours is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or linked third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
